    • Targeted Pre-Treatment: Next, we apply a specialized solution to tackle visible spots and stains. (Use of Safe, Non-Toxic Cleaning Chemicals: Ensuring a clean and healthy environment for your family and pets)

    • Deep Agitation: Finally, we use professional agitation techniques to ensure the pre-treatment penetrates deep into the fibers, maximizing cleaning effectiveness

    • After our 3-step preparation process, we use hot-water extraction to deep clean your carpet. 

Premium

  • Service Overview:

    • This level builds on the Essential package, offering enhanced cleaning for more challenging or high-traffic areas.

  • Includes:

    • Everything in the Essential Level.

    • Rotary Wand Cleaning: Provides a deeper clean with enhanced agitation to remove embedded dirt and grime.

    • Pet Stain Treatment: We use a black light to detect and treat hidden pet stains, effectively stopping odors and ensuring a deeper, more thorough clean

Ultimate

  • Service Overview:

    • Our most comprehensive carpet cleaning service, ideal for those who want the best care and protection for their carpets.

  • Includes:

    • Everything in the Premium Level.

    • EPA Safe Certified Stain Guard Application: Protects your carpet from future stains with an environmentally friendly solution.

    • Advanced Spot Treatment: Extra care for tough or stubborn stains, using specialized treatments.

    • Advanced Pet Stain and Odor Treatment: We use a black light to detect hidden pet stains, followed by deep urine extraction using a subsurface tool, effectively eliminating odors from the carpet padding and fibers. (Please note that while the subsurface extraction removes pet odors and visible stains, the urine-dyed fluorescence seen under black light will persist due to a chemical reaction between uric acid and the carpet fibers.)

    • Furniture Moving: We carefully move and clean under your furniture (please note that we do not move heavy furniture such as pianos, large sectionals, pool tables, oversized dressers, entertainment centers, heavy TV stands with TVs on them, or book shelves to ensure safety and prevent potential damage)
